Where do you deliver?
We ship to the United States only. Every order includes free shipping with no minimum spend. Orders ship from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched the same day, based on China Standard Time (UTC+8). Estimated delivery is 9–12 calendar days after dispatch, including weekends. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Will I pay import charges on delivery?
Our US deliveries are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We cover shipping, import duties, import taxes, customs clearance and associated handling fees. If a carrier asks for payment, contact us with your order number.
How do I choose a colour and quantity?
Each product listing identifies its pictured colour. Check the product page for specifications and what is included. Single items are sold individually; the Coconut Oil three-piece set is labelled separately. You can choose your quantity before checkout.
How do I care for my squishy?
Wash with cool, clean water and keep away from high temperatures. Check the product page for its age guidance and care instructions. These are toys, not food or personal-care products. Do not eat them.
Can I return an item?
Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery for a change-of-mind return. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Returns go to Hangzhou, China; the customer pays international return postage for change-of-mind returns. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, contact us so we can arrange a suitable remedy. How do I get help with an order?
Email our customer support address with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos. Never send card details or passwords.
