Information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, phone number if supplied, purchased items and order history. We also process customer-service emails, return requests and any photos you send us.

The store may record technical information such as IP address, browser details, session identifiers and security or error logs to operate checkout, protect accounts and investigate problems. Account passwords are stored as hashes, not as readable passwords.

How we use it

We use information to operate your cart and account, process and fulfil orders, communicate about orders and refunds, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and comply with applicable recordkeeping obligations. Order emails are service messages, not marketing subscriptions. We do not currently operate a marketing newsletter, advertising pixels or third-party behavioural analytics on this storefront.

Who receives information

Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for their work: authorised store staff; website hosting and technical support providers; Google/Gmail for customer support and, once authorised, order emails; and Yiwu Ancheng International Logistics and the delivery partners handling your parcel. Delivery providers receive the recipient and shipment information needed to deliver the order.

If a payment method is enabled at checkout, its provider processes the payment information under its own privacy notice. We receive order/payment status and transaction references. Do not send us full payment-card details by email. We do not sell customer personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect lawful rights.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies and browser storage keep your shopping cart, session, login and language choice working. Typical examples include woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart (session cookies), wp_woocommerce_session_* (normally two days), WordPress login/security cookies, and softday_language (up to one year). Cart-related session storage may also be used in your browser. These durations can change when you return, sign in or clear your browser.

We have disabled optional order-source attribution. No advertising or analytics cookies are intentionally enabled by this store. You can delete or block cookies through your browser; doing so may prevent carts, login or checkout from working. A payment provider may use its own storage when you choose its payment service.

Where information is handled

SIMO is operated from China. Order and support information is accessed there and may be processed in other countries where our hosting, email, payment or delivery providers operate, including the United States. These countries may have different privacy laws. We limit disclosures to the purposes described here and apply the protections required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

We retain information for the time needed to fulfil orders, provide support, resolve returns or disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable accounting, tax or legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record, whether an account or dispute remains active, and any legal retention obligation. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed; copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced.

Your choices and requests

You may contact our support email to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account or orders. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved transactions; we will explain applicable limits. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live. We do not discriminate against customers for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children’s information

Checkout and customer accounts are intended for adult purchasers, including adults buying toys for younger users. Do not submit a child’s personal details for an account or enquiry. If you believe a child under 13 has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security and changes

We restrict access to customer information and use security measures appropriate to the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details. We will update this page when our services or information practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
