Shopping with SIMO

These terms apply to purchases through the SIMO store at simosquishy.shop, operated by the business identified above. Orders should be placed by adults legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your account secure.

Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Each listing describes its colour, size where available, weight, age guidance and package contents. Unless explicitly described as a set, an item is sold as one piece; changing the quantity changes the number purchased. Colours may appear different under different lighting or screens, but this does not remove your rights if goods are faulty or materially different from their description.

These products are squishy toys, not food, cosmetics or personal-care products. Follow the product’s age guidance and care instructions. Do not eat them; keep them away from high temperatures.

Orders and payment

Review the items, quantities, delivery address and final total before submitting an order. Only payment methods actually shown at checkout are available. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order and is not, by itself, proof of successful payment. We process orders after the required payment has been confirmed.

If stock or a material listing or pricing error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will cancel and refund any payment collected for the affected items.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States only, from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Shipping is free with no minimum order value. US orders use DDP delivery: we cover import duties, import taxes, customs clearance and associated handling fees, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

Orders are dispatched on the day of ordering, based on China Standard Time (UTC+8). Estimated delivery is 9–12 calendar days after dispatch, including weekends. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling for a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly to cancel before dispatch. Our Returns policy explains the 30-calendar-day change-of-mind return window, eligibility and refund process. Change-of-mind returns go to Hangzhou, China, with international return postage paid by the customer; we have no US return address. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are handled separately, and we cover return postage if we require their return.

Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days after inspection or confirmation that no return is needed. Bank processing may take additional time. Lost-in-transit parcels confirmed as lost are replaced or refunded.

Communications and privacy

We use your checkout contact information for order, delivery, refund and service communications. Read our Privacy Policy for details of personal information and essential cookies. You are not subscribed to marketing by placing an order.

Questions, rights and updates

Contact the support email above with your order number if something goes wrong. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed by these terms. Updates apply to future purchases; the terms presented when your order was placed apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
